Objectives:1.Uber main objectives are to incorporates huge taxi network, links riders with safe andsecure, and easy transportation providers at a variety of price-points in the citiesthroughout the globe.2.Incorporates international highest P2P logistics platform, enabling anyone to eitherrequest.3.Change from 100% Human-driven logistics to 100% automatic logistics.2.Agency theory:Agency theory establishes the relationship where one party describe work where other partycomplete the work.
