- The stakeholder that is chosen are the employees of the
organisation. They can be consulted through team
meetings and also through the questionnaire send by
the sustainability work group. The discussion should
focus the need to have a sustainability policy and to
consider both the people and the environment along
with the profit of the organisation.

organisation such as the printer cartridges or
the batteries and plastic can be recycled. There
could also be a compost bin for the wastes. The
chemicals such as the acid, the oxidizers can
also be recycled and more environmental
friendly products can be used. The employees
should be made aware of the life-cycle
management approaches.

sustainability is Australia’s telecommunication and
technology company Telstra. One of the policies that
they have implemented is the reuse and the recycle of
the 60 tonnes if the old mobile phones. This has
increased the waste recycling rate for the company.
However another policy that can be adopted by the
company is that the radiation level can be reduced in
the mobile phones. Moreover the rejected parts can be
disposed off carefully without causing chemical and
toxic pollution.
