INTRODUCTION
Supply chain management is the type of management where guides the flow of goods and
services. It includes all the processes from having raw materials to forming them into final
products (Wieland, 2021). Tools R Us or TRU is a UK based company working in the hardware
stores warehouse. TRU’s main products are electrical power tools and other power tools having a
motto of ‘get it done and have fun’.

Ans 1.) TRU is hardware centre with good sales in the busy market located at outskirts of many
large cities in the United Kingdom. This company makes most of their profits during the holiday
season. They sell wide variety of products for Christmas season like trees, decoration items and
so on but for summer they sell barbeques and grills. The company is looking forward to expand
their option for summers and bringing in some summer special goods to increase their revenue.
TRU wants to include outdoor family fun by offering sport equipments such as garden games,
racket games and so on. Swimming pools have become a trend now a days and everyone wants
one in the summer time even the people with small house and outdoor, so TRU wants to include
folding summer swimming pools along with related equipments. TRU also believes that cycles
are great way to exercise or pass time riding in peace with nature. The company is looking for
companies who can supply and fulfil all the needs by TRU. There are three suppliers shortlisted.
The assessments of these suppliers are:
Camping today: CT-UK is the first supplier which approached to TRU. This company is
one of the leading companies in campaign equipment working in the UK market. It sells good
quality products and equipments. CT-UK has already supplying its products to many consumers
and outlets. It is a multinational company with a strong reputation which can be good for TRU as
the products will sell themselves. The company has a solid base for their financial activities.
Camping today also has their own website which helps in making the supply easy to order from
the online means by TRU.
All camping: AC is the second supplier for TRU. This company is based in south east
Asia. All camping is very famous among Australians and in markets from New Zealand. This
