INTRODUCTION
Project management is a terminology discuss the different management area related to the
project handle by the organisation. This project will discuss the strategic goal of the company
and review will be done about the website of company. Bets suitable structure will be discussed
for organisation. Furthermore, project governance will also be discussed in this project.

Strategic goals of company
Cambridge University is known to be a research institute and one of the most reputed
Universities across the globe. The performance to enter in the university is accepted as a
parameter of excellence. The students in this University comes from wide range of locations to
enrol in various subjects and research options offered by the organisation. After the pandemic,
the organisation was supposed to follow the social distancing rules and regulations. It made the
university switch to the online platforms for the purpose of teaching and learning while meeting
the social distancing requirements (Müller, Drouin, and Sankaran, 2019). The aim of the
University is to constantly adapt to changes as face to face classes are not possible during this
period of time. The organisation is looking to work on the project of having an online software
set up that will help its students to access the study material and learn in the process.
Screening module
University of Cambridge can make use of the checklist model within project management
that is a type of selection procedure including making checklists. It is associated with making
lists of criteria that are related with the choices made within the project. This model helps in
completing the repetitive tasks in fast and efficient manner. It helps in preventing from the
committing any major mistakes within the project. It helps in becoming more productive and
accomplish the goals on every day.

Recommendation
Project portfolio matrix is used for the purpose of defining the products in terms of its
growth in the target audience. It collects the projects and programs in managing the group while
aiming to achieve the strategic objectives of the organisation (Tereso, and et.al., 2019). Here,
these objectives are related with setting up an online software application that will help students
and teachers to learn and teach even by following social- distancing norms. The learning process
of student to gain knowledge and skills will not be restricted due to the pandemic. Project
portfolio matrix is great way of organising the project activities and operational work in the
organisation.

this new idea will involve different courses and the various division area that can be managed
easily with support of this structure. Company can adopt this whole structure in such manner that
the business venture get to adopt this whole structure in the best way possible. As per the views
given by Huml (2018), divisional structure is a right suitable organisation structure can be used
in context to the business venture contain multiple operation area or divisions. This structure is
right suitable for the company to manage all its various divisions that can support the business
venture for achieving the business objective. This structure will allow the company to easily
monitor ad control all it courses that will be a key strength to this approach. Further many time
the time management become an issue that will be addressed by the business venture in this
approach. This structure is many time become more complex for the educational institutions
which become a weakness for the organisation.

The project life cycle is a key framework that is sued to manage the whole project. This involve
initiation, planning, execution, management and review that would allow and incorporate the
business venture to manage all its project requirement. All these framework would allow the
business venture to effectively coordinate the whole project requirement.
Advantages: is such that this allow the manager to segregate the whole project into different part
and coordinate the whole project activity in the best way possible.
Disadvantage: is such that this is a lengthy process apply by the company.
As per the views given by Bishop (2018), the project management can be done with the
effective use of project life cycle. This is a key way to manage the whole projec,. This involves
initial stage, planning, controlling and coordinating area of the entire project management
practice. This is recommended that the manager must set a deadline for each individual project to
be handled so that all areas and aspect of the project can be managed effectively by the manager.
Governance institution should also be created so that all areas that are essential to coordinate and
mange the whole project can managed easily by the manager. This is a fundamental requirement
associated with the project management framework set by the company.
CONCLUSION
The divisional structure is a right suitable organisation structure that would allow the
stakeholder to manage all kind of project requirement. This structure is right suitable technique.
Further the project life cycle is an effective framework that would allow to coordinate all areas of
project.
