According to Hyndman and McKillop, (2018) along with internal factors there are

Discussion
Solution
From the the above models it can be discussed that Age UK is the charity company
which solely work for the older people of the society (McDonnell and Rutherford, 2019). They
believe that older people also have right for good living. They also work in providing health and
safety wellbeing to the old age people. Company create awareness in the society in regards of
old age people. They also raise their voice against age discrimination. As it is found that old age
people does not get proper treatment like young people are getting. There are many health care
workers which do not provide proper care to the old people (Coote, Kasliwal and Percy, 2019).
Company runs many campaigns to make aware of people regarding old age health and safety.
This company is getting constant support from the government and also from many other
companies. There are many social groups which provides donations to the company. Workforce
of the company is the biggest strength. They are having trained and skilled staff which are
providing better services to the older people. Technology is the opportunity for the company.

Company have started using artificial intelligence to improve the service quality which
they are providing to old age people (Walker and et.al., 2020). They are using social media
platforms to promote their campaigns. They have understood the power of social media and also
how to target people using social media platforms. Political factors which include trade policies,
government laws etc also have the power to impact company. Normally government support
such charity companies because they knows that companies are working for the betterment of
the society. Economy of the country in which this company is operating is also stable so that
helps company in growing and achieving their objectives (Mayrhofer and et.al., 2020). The
objective of the company is to help older people and for the good cause there are many
individuals and groups which are helping company. Social factors which comprises of values,
beliefs etc can also influence company. When company works for the betterment of the society

then they also get societal support. Technology is evolving and through this company can take
advantage. Although adopting advanced technology can be expensive but in long run it will
definitely provide benefits to the company (Cheah, Amran and Yahya, 2019).
With the help of above models which is swot and pestle, external and internal
environment of the company has been discussed. Along with external environment, it is
important for the company to also work on internal environment. As on external environment
they rarely have control, but they can control internal environment of the company. Along with
this, employees of the company have many volunteers. For good causes there are many people
putting a step forward towards help. Company have also raised voice against the default
retirement age. They believe that the age 60 is early for the retirement (Purdam and Prattley,
2021). If an individual who have the capacity and willingness of working are forced to get
retired.
CONCLUSION

which work for old age group. They have found that there are many old age people are not
getting proper medical facility, so they work for them and helping them so that they can live
happily in the society. Company says that old age people are also the part of the society, and still
they have to face discrimination. The strength of the company is their ability to help old people.
For this purpose they are getting support from various parties and companies. Company run their
business operations as per the legal guidelines which is issued by the government. Their aim is
to serve society and rise the standard of living of old age people. Technology is the opportunity
for the company. If they want to survive in the market for longer time than they have to provide
services as per the demand of the people. They also provide home care services to the old age
