Introduction:
Danila Dilba Health Service is one of the non-government Australian organizations
that provide the primary health care to the Aboriginal Biluru people of Yilli Rreung, a remote
region in the northern territory. The organization provides all kind of health service to the
Aboriginal people of the said region (Daniladilbaexperience.org.au., 2017).
Service Models of the Organization:
The prime and basic goal of the organization is to provide the basic and requires
health service to the Aboriginal people of Yilli Rreung. Apart from providing the basic health
service to the organization, Danila Dilba also works for the upliftment of the mental, cultural,
spiritual and the social welfare of the community people through various empowerment and
learning program. The service model of the organization includes community development,
counseling of the individual community people as well as the family, casework, educational
group work statutory roles and the service delivery of the policy initiatives.
Strength and Limitation of the Organization:
The strength of the organization is its resources and the objectives. The resources of
the organization is the trust of the Aboriginal people on the organization. Danila Dilba assists
more than seven thousand individual client every year and ensure the betterment of their
health (Daniladilbaexperience.org.au., 2017). The administrative functions are also
strengthening the sustainability of the organization. The limitation of the organization is its
employees. Due to the remote location of the organization, the number of employees is low.

Sustainability of the Service Model:
The sustainability of the service model of Danila Dilba is high. The service provided
by the organization not only helps and supports the Aboriginal people and their issues related
to health, but also ensure the sustainability of the organization (Barclay et al., 2014). Apart
from providing all kind of heath related service to the Aboriginal people, the organization
provides the supplementary service to them such as medication, specialized health service for
complex and serious disease and so on.
Challenge on Staffing and worker Retention:
The only limitation of this service organization is the staff retention. There are around
120 employees working presently in the organization (Daniladilbaexperience.org.au,. 2017).
It seems a major challenge for the organization to retain the existing employees and recruiting
new staffs to the organization. It is necessary to have adequate staffs for providing proper
health service to the community people. The problem lies in the location of the service center
of the organization that it is lacking enough staffs (Hikuroa & Holliday, 2013).
Ethical Dilemmas of service Workers:
Ethical dilemma is something that refers to the professional ethics of the organization
(Congress, 2017). There are few ethical dilemmas encountered by the service workers of
Danila Dilba. The ethical dilemma regarding the self-determination on the process of
decision-making, confidentiality about the information of the client provided to the service
worker, diverse values, morals, and the building a personal relationship with the client is
prevalent on the service workers of the organization.

Conclusion:
The above report concludes that the effective service model of Danila Dilba is
ensuring the sustainability of the organization, but there is presence of limitation in the same.
The main challenge of the health service organization is retaining the staffs, which is a
serious issue for the organization due to the remote location of the same.
