Agware, Inc. was started in the year 1990 and currently as per to the operational factors
that are associated with the respective organization in the market, they are considered to be the
owner of UAAR trademark which is federally registered and other several forms that are related
to the system of UAAR and UCRR which is based on a copyrighted version and the Standard
Appraisal Review Report (SARR).
According to the organizations market functioning based on the current era the software

al., 2017). Due to certain application associated with the respective organizations operations they
