INTRODUCTION Human beings are the creatures that making the world beautiful with their creations. From the bygone days to the modern world, humans have created a history of innovation and invention by originating modern tools and equipments, new technology to facilitate easier living and survival on the planet(Anonymous, 2019). Technology has emerged the world towards Automation and mushrooming widely to diminish risk, enlarge productivity, increase product quality, and keep labor costs high. Besides the advantage, there is a dereliction of Automation that overpowers the merits such as sophisticated machines and the replacement of human beings from the working place with the usage of Robots and Artificial intelligence. The essay will discuss how the increased use of artificial intelligence and robotics in the two different industries has changed their employment. Advantages and Disadvantages A.I. and Robotics and its impact on the global business economy Businesses are shifting towards digitalization in all of their operations, for which they are adopting Robots (R), Artificial intelligence (A.I.), and service automation (S.A.) (RAISA). These technologies have become a pivotal and dependable source for organizations. This grasp of the technology into the business operations is because of the rapid progression and profitability of the business. Basically businesses are exploring the technologies to analyse that whether rise in robotization is escorting the return of production and manufacturing of goods and services of the company to its origin country(Bruun andDuka, 2018). It is a fact that for the developed countries, robotization may seem more profitable for an emergieconomiesomy. Technology is rapidly growing and collaboratively bringing new opportunities for jobs. The current modern era is the 4thindustrial revolution that contains a bag full of breakthrough technologies like quantum computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, Virtual reality, the humanoid robot, etc.70% of companies till 2030 will espouse the A.I. in their business. Some scientific research has shown that the labor market will remain unaltered and technological advancement will only help in job creation. The advances of technology, the internet, and mobile 1
are on the other side: financial crisis, economic downfall, economic development, and changing human behavior are putting massive pressure on the world's economies. Robotics and Artificial intelligence are opening a new chapter in the economies of the business world by bringing new lifestyle and sociological side effects(Wei, 2019). In conclusion, the current and future disruptive impact of robots and artificial intelligence on the economy and business will be over the production, communication, marketing, and staff cost. One of the most evident impacts of robotics and artificial intelligence is the jobless ratio in the economy. Robotics and artificial intelligence in this era has given rise to a new age called the space economy. This is economics, low resources allocation, and optimization of the population(Tatwany and Ouertani,2017). With the trend of robotics, Artificial intelligence, big data analytics, data mining, and social media, the future direction of the business and its global economy has two options either to maximize their value or minimize their cost. This technology will have a disruptive impact on business, life, and the global economy. With Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, the global economies of the business environment may face a threat of a rise in unemployment. The less demand and more supply in the market is the dilemma for the decrease in the global business economy. Youth unemployment is the huge threat to the global economy and most importantly for the middle income countries. The use of robots has significant impact on the employment and trade in the emerging and developed country. This application of the A.I. and Robotics must go on to boost economic growth in the time of sluggish productivity. But along with this the human job opportunities must be conserve by maintaining the gap between the population skills, A.I. growth and employment rates(Seal, 2019). Also to preserve the synchronization of humanity and employment with A.I. and robotics the education syllabus must be evolved and must pay emphasis on the STEM education. CONCLUSION From the above information on the A.I. and robotics it is concluded that this technologies has both the sides negative and positive. The A.I. and robotics helps the people and human being in completing their complex task easily in less time but on the other hand they are replacing the humans at the work place. A.I. and Robotics has significant impact over the global business e4conomy in terms of employment. Therefore, it is recommended that to conserve the humanity and its job opportunities the stakeholders of the world and its different countries must remain aware of the pace of A.I. and its usage with their employment rates and labour market. Also the hospitality and manufacturing industry must use the A.I. and robotics for the sustainable future without eliminating the human labour force. 6
