From the bygone days to the modern world, humans have created a history of innovation and
invention by originating modern tools and equipments, new technology to facilitate easier living
and survival on the planet (Anonymous, 2019). Technology has emerged the world towards
Automation and mushrooming widely to diminish risk, enlarge productivity, increase product
quality, and keep labor costs high. Besides the advantage, there is a dereliction of Automation
that overpowers the merits such as sophisticated machines and the replacement of human beings
from the working place with the usage of Robots and Artificial intelligence. The essay will
discuss how the increased use of artificial intelligence and robotics in the two different industries
has changed their employment.

technologies have become a pivotal and dependable source for organizations. This grasp of the
technology into the business operations is because of the rapid progression and profitability of
the business. Basically businesses are exploring the technologies to analyse that whether rise in
robotization is escorting the return of production and manufacturing of goods and services of the
company to its origin country (Bruun and Duka, 2018). It is a fact that for the developed
countries, robotization may seem more profitable for an emergieconomiesomy.
Technology is rapidly growing and collaboratively bringing new opportunities for jobs. The
current modern era is the 4th industrial revolution that contains a bag full of breakthrough
technologies like quantum computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, Virtual reality,
the humanoid robot, etc. 70% of companies till 2030 will espouse the A.I. in their business.
Some scientific research has shown that the labor market will remain unaltered and technological
advancement will only help in job creation. The advances of technology, the internet, and mobile

are on the other side: financial crisis, economic downfall, economic development, and changing
human behavior are putting massive pressure on the world's economies. Robotics and Artificial
intelligence are opening a new chapter in the economies of the business world by bringing new
lifestyle and sociological side effects (Wei, 2019). In conclusion, the current and future
disruptive impact of robots and artificial intelligence on the economy and business will be over
the production, communication, marketing, and staff cost. One of the most evident impacts of
robotics and artificial intelligence is the jobless ratio in the economy. Robotics and artificial
intelligence in this era has given rise to a new age called the space economy. This is economics,
low resources allocation, and optimization of the population (Tatwany and Ouertani, 2017).
With the trend of robotics, Artificial intelligence, big data analytics, data mining, and social
media, the future direction of the business and its global economy has two options either to
maximize their value or minimize their cost. This technology will have a disruptive impact on
business, life, and the global economy. With Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, the global
economies of the business environment may face a threat of a rise in unemployment. A London
based non -profit research and innovation group named Nesta has confirmed that
computerisation can affect the U.S. is on the employment and creativity of human beings.

decline because of the short demand. The less demand and more supply in the market is the
dilemma for the decrease in the global business economy. For the innovation using technology,
the low-skilled labor is replaced by high-skilled labor. Therefore, due to this paradox,
astrophysicists have suggested that humanity should begin colonization on another planet.
Another impact on the global business economy is the threat of the security of data and
information and the privacy of life of an individual. Robotics has ruined the economy and nature
of industries by the industrial revolution and then by the toxic financial instruments. For
example, the real-world global economy cannot leverage derivatives (Manyika, Chui, and
Miremadi, 2017). By integrating the subheadings in the Analytical CRM environment in
marketing about customer behaviors, robotics, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, the

channel for the organizations like banks and financial institutions to reach their clients and

trending technology-based business environment is directly impacting organisations chart. The
digital money formats also has direct impact on the insolvency of financial systems. The impact

customer satisfaction (Seal, 2019).

and emissions. There is a tremendous opportunity for the manufacturers in this sector, which can
be grasped with emerging information technologies such as Artificial intelligence, robotics,
social media, sensors, machine-to-machine communication, etc. In today's fast-moving business
world, the manufacturing industry has to respond quickly with technologies like artificial
intelligence and robotics to meet the market opportunities and use renewable energy resources
(Anonymous, 2019). The manufacturing industry perfectly fits with the usage of Artificial
intelligence. At each manufacturing level, from the design process to the production floor, the
A.I. is destined to change the traditional ways of manufacturing products and methods of
materials forever. The diverse applications of intelligent technology in the manufacturing
industry push the new era of revolution to its culmination. The industrial revolution in the
manufacturing sector through robotics and artificial intelligence is people-oriented, green, and
safe development.

replacing traditional old technologies with modern, highly advanced technological sources that
promote renewable energy sources. This also takes initiatives for the variety of green production.
Particularly in the heavy manufacturing sector, artificial intelligence is implemented for waste
and resource consumption. And the slim margin manufacturing 0orgaisations are using it to stay
competitive. For the manufacturers, the growth in an environment full of artificial intelligence
and robotics is wholly interlinked with the business ERP system (Bruun and Duka, 2018). The
ERP and manufacturing execution systems (MES) must form a collective unit to realize their
business opportunities. The new space age of artificial intelligence involves intelligent
manufacturing, products, process, and intelligent services. The concept of intelligent
manufacturing is constantly evolving and summarised in three paradigms: digital manufacturing
(1st generation), digital networked manufacturing (2nd generation), and new generation
intelligent manufacturing. The evolution of manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing has led to
the age of Human- cyber- physical system (HCPS). This system reveals the principles of the
intelligent manufacturing development. This system consist of the product design. Digital twins,
virtual reality, Automation, quality, competent maintenance and other possibilities. But with the
artificial intelligence and robotics the manufactures may face the problem of decreasing talent
pool. In the manufacturing industry the wave of artificial intelligence and robotics may progress
in terms of sustainable future but will replace the human labour speedily. Robots will work in all
the factories, construction sites and other manufacturing. In manufacturing A.I. is more likely to
show change the job rather eliminate it. , the jobs of the manufacturing sector will be process
improvement, fixing machines, resolving issues, testing innovation, custom made products and
standard products (Nagaraj, 2019).

increase brand equity, increase the social content for guests, operational productivity, boost
revenues, and profound transformation of the business model, which is nature of this industry to

improve their overall service quality. A.I. has the computerized capability to analyse and
interpret the data that help achieve goals and tasks with the flexible adaption. Furthermore, in the
tourism and hospitality industry, the A.I. applications are embedded in the systems integrated
with the robots, smartphones, and computers utilized at different hospitality and tourism industry

verification in long queues. The facial recognition is largely accepted by the organisations of the
tourism and hospitality industry. The customers were not able to analyse the ambience of the

of the hotel to the customers. This problem was also resolved through the virtual reality
application in the tourism and hospitality industry which includes virtual tour of hotel using 3-D
videos. The artificial intelligence has given a chance to foresee the hotel without even visiting.

improve the quality of work and service beyond the human capabilities. This application of the
A.I. and Robotics must go on to boost economic growth in the time of sluggish productivity. But
along with this the human job opportunities must be conserve by maintaining the gap between
the population skills, A.I. growth and employment rates (Seal, 2019). Also to preserve the
synchronization of humanity and employment with A.I. and robotics the education syllabus must
be evolved and must pay emphasis on the STEM education.

both the sides negative and positive. The A.I. and robotics helps the people and human being in
completing their complex task easily in less time but on the other hand they are replacing the
humans at the work place. A.I. and Robotics has significant impact over the global business
e4conomy in terms of employment. Therefore, it is recommended that to conserve the humanity
and its job opportunities the stakeholders of the world and its different countries must remain
aware of the pace of A.I. and its usage with their employment rates and labour market. Also the
hospitality and manufacturing industry must use the A.I. and robotics for the sustainable future
without eliminating the human labour force.
