The report focuses on Airline operations journey of Station manager at Nadi Station. The
scenario is about analyziation the circumstances and situation that happened in Nadi (NAN)
Station. Planning steps have their major role that took place by station manager while loading
all the passengers, cargo and their respective bags. Handling situations is the duty and
responsibility of station manager as he is the person who handles various aspects related to
actions to be taken in aircraft, communications with stakeholders and resources deployment
to be managed effectively and efficiently to safeguard the passengers. Load control
departments ensure that cargo loads are distributed in such a way that the pitch of the aircraft
is safe for passengers. The departments give instructions for loading the cargo and these are
to be followed by the Station Manager. The aircraft is fully loaded and the station manager
planned some various steps to offload some cargo, to stay within balance and weight limits of
aircraft. The various recommendations and suggestions that had taken place to minimize the
consequences and provide safety measure to passengers who are taking services to this
aircraft. The main focus describes the steps and corrective measures that are taken by the
station manager.
