Algorithm and Its Usage

This article discusses the importance of algorithm in programming and decision making. It also talks about the impact of technology on human employment. The article is divided into four themes and includes references.

1ALGORITHM AND ITS USAGE
Theme1:
The term humanistic value means a belief in human dignity and science. It refers to
few specific ideas. However they are not religious. This philosophy is termed as humanism. It
emphasizes on the good and sensible behaviour of the human that makes the lifestyle easy
and acceptable in society. The perspective is an approach to psychology that emphasizes
empathy and focuses on a way to improve an individual’s self-image or self-
actualization(Givens et al.2013). Basically the humanistic approach helps to identify the
crisis in human life and make a better livelihood out of it. The reason for encouraging the
humanistic approach is that it makes life easy and sustainable.
The same has happened in case of algorithm. In programming the algorithm is a set of
well framed instructions in a chronological order to solve a certain program(Roeva, Fidanova
and Paprzycki 2013). It helps to understand the whole process in a simple and smooth manner
by the system. A good algorithm should have the following qualities:
1. The input and output should be defined properly by the user.
2. Each and every step should be clear and specific for a better understanding.
3. The algorithm should be the most effective one among all the other ways to solve the
program.
4. It shouldn’t have computer code, instead it should be written in a simple way which
can be used in similar other programs too.
Thus an algorithm helps to make the work easy for a user to understand and implement
the solution to solve the program. The algorithm helps to simplify the work who is trying
to solve a problem. The algorithm describes the task step by step that is used by the user
to create a program or solve it starts from the start option and follows all the steps
required to run the program and ends in the stop option(Smith-Miles et al. 2014). Using
an algorithm a user can solve a program, it also helps to solve programs which has similar

codes and input values. If the user makes few minor changes them a single algorithm can
be used to solve various problems at a single time. The updating trends are making the
use of algorithm simpler and easier by the users thus increasing the effectiveness of the
algorithm.
Theme 2:
The user activity solutions are software tools that regulates and monitors the end user
behaviour on various networks, devices and IT resources. It helps to detect inside risk of a
company and identify the threats to that company. By using this system the organization
can easily identify the malignant sources in the organization that is the source for any
misconception or threat to the company. It is a form of surveillance and at the same time
works as a protective source for the company. It identifies the reason for any type of
threats and risks that is directly related to the company and can be a serious reason of
threat(MEANS and Iftikhar 2013). However, the primary reason for this is to measure
the access of the customer to the particular brand or product provided by the company in
the market. It is very important for a business to know the key factors of attracting the
mass towards their side and make a required market for them. The market study gives an
idea to the company about the areas where they have to improve themselves or make a
change. The purpose of this system is to protect human information and ensuring the
availability with the privacy of data. This system goes beyond normal monitoring activity.
There are various methods used in the monitoring system such as:
1. Taking of video
2. Log collection and analysing them
3. Network inspection
4. Kernel monitoring

The information’s that will be collected must be considered with the boundaries of
company policies.
The primary target of this method should be to find and filter the actionable
information that are worth analysing for taking measurable steps. This helps to detect and
investigate suspicious user activity and take measurable step and protect the organization
from any damage. They are also helpful in ensuring that the employees in the
organization are uploading sensitive data, using unapproved services or are getting
engaged to any type of unethical activities that will be risky for the organization(Oladele
and Sadiku 2013). There are various tools used for the user activity monitoring that
includes general security, targeted tools designed, track sessions. Among all these the best
tools include real-time alerting systems. Such tools monitor the activity and notify the IT
team in case anything suspicious is found. The latest technology has helped the
organizations to get a better idea about the risk that is related to the organization.
Theme 3:
The short term information has very less information and thus if a decision has to be
taken then the use of algorithm will be best suited by the user. The short term decision is
less complicated and use of a mere decision tree can be beneficial to take necessary
decision. The decision making factor depends on few important factors like revenue and
relevant cost. The types of decision are divided into short term and long term(Butler and
Mediaport Entertainment Inc 2015). The decision making depends on the factors of
determination of goal, budget, identifying the risk, analysing the information. These are
easy to put in the algorithm if the information is less and has very less areas to cover. The
need to take decision in a judicious way is very important thus an algorithm helps the
whole process to become easy. However, when the decision is a long term one then there
are many considerations that has to be monitored and analysed by the organization. The

need for proper monitoring and use of complicated algorithm is required for long term
decision. The process become complicated. The way to come out of this system can be a
bit tricky. The logarithm can be broke down into simple pieces and sections to analyse the
whole incident into simpler forms(Romiszowski 2016). Thus if the decisions made from
the algorithm for short term information are critically analysed and joined together then it
can help to analyse the data for a long term decision making(Bechtel and Richards and
Accenture Global Services Ltd 2016). The data can be used for longer processes by
simply using it into segment and joining the information for the long term information
analysis and decision making. People might get confused and nervous to analyse the data
for a long term decision with the help of algorithm. However, a well framed algorithm
covering all the aspects can be used by the user to take the decision(Snyder and Diesing
2015). Or else he can use the segmented algorithm that covers the entire information
required to process the data and make necessary decision required.
Theme 4:
The globalization and technology advancement is leading to a drastic change in the
human lifestyle. It is making fife more simple and easy for every one and thus the living
quality is also getting uplifted. The use of various technology and systems are making life
easy and dependent on machines and technology(Rotman 2013). This is having a direct impact
on the employment of humans. The technological advancement is leading to redundancy in
job life as the jobs are taken over by computers. The advance cities like Boston are reducing
the scope for manual labour and increasing the use of technology. The manual labour ratio
has been cut down and the use of technology has replaced that. The reliable count on AI is
highly affecting the employment section in every country(Basu 2013). The same has
happened in Boston. The reducing in labour is imposing serious threat in the employment and
can be compromised with alternate source, technology. The risk is becoming more prominent

every time and the dependency for technology is increasing every day. The detection for
health safety is considered to be one of the most vital factor in the human life. The important
aspects are getting dependent on such sources, therefore reducing the scope for the human
employment (Ebenstein et al.2014). It is expected that soon the employment will be
compromised with the alternate use of technology. The technology advancement is increasing
the risk for human employment and soon it will be replaced by the use of technology in every
field. Initially it will be used in the vital stages like the medical, food and IT fields to improve
the work quality. However, it is expected that in the future the other minor areas will also
replace human employment with the technology advancements. The use of latest technology
is helping the nation or the organization to development themselves in a faster pace and also
costs a considerable less amount. The technology is cost effective, time saving and highly
accurate in comparison to human employment. Thus it can be concluded that the technology
advancement is actually reducing the scope for human employment it might have to
compromised in the future days.
