Project Background
The project has been developed for the implication of the successful management
operations and the utilization of the successful execution of the project. The project had been
selected for the construction of the efficient and better project management. The project would
involve the construction of the Amelup curves and the use of the construction project
management. The management of the factors for the alignment of the successful development of
the activities would be helpful for attaining the works of Widening of the Chester Pass Road,
Upgrading Sandalwood Road and Routs Road intersections, and Constructing bridges over
Martaquin Creek and Ongarup Creek.
Conclusion
The assignment inferred that the project management principles had been successfully
implied with the utilization of the management procedure and the simplification of the activities.
