The bureaucracy which implements, regulates and controls federal programs is
positioned in the executive branch. Federal Bureaucracy’s structure comprises of cabinet
units, self-governing executive organizations, along with Independent Regulatory
Commission and government conglomerates. The Independent Executive Agencies have been
set up by Congress with distinctive positions external to the executive branch. On the other
hand, Independent Regulatory Commission functions to regulate particular financial activity
(Independence Hall Association, 2020).
Strong claim must be made that American government is not the Congress, the
President or the Courts, the Constitution. It is the federal bureaucracy. Federal bureaucracy
functions to decipher and impose regulations passed by the Congress. Furthermore, the
principles advanced by the bureaucracy are available in the Federal Register for statement in
advance being executed. Additionally, the Constitution positions the authority of the
undertakings not under the President, but on the Congress.
The federal judicial system constitutes of three primary levels namely the U.S district
court, Circuit Court and the US Supreme Court.
The federal judiciary functions in separation from the executive as well as legislative
units, but in general aligns with executive and legislative units as per the requirement of
Constitution. Federal laws have passed by the Congress as well as take on by the President.
The judicial division determines the constitutionality of federal commandments as well as
decides additional disagreements regrading federal regulations. Nonetheless, judiciaries rely
on the government’s executive branch in order to implement court judgments (National Debt
Awareness Center, 2020).
Congress irrespective of several chances has been reluctant in taking accountability
for controlling the administrative state as the aggrandizing bureaucratic power of federal
agencies has gained importance. The most crucial power of judicial system relies on judicial
