This research project investigates the impact of e-commerce technology on the behaviour of travellers in Romania, focusing on the Exodus Travels company. It aims to analyze the role of e-commerce in Exodus Travels, assess the current market segment and competitors, and establish the relevance of technology usage in travellers' decision-making processes. The research utilizes both primary and secondary data collection methods, including questionnaires distributed among UKCBC students and a comprehensive literature review. The project aims to provide valuable insights into the influence of e-commerce on the tourism industry in Romania and offer recommendations for Exodus Travels to enhance its market position.
