INTRODUCTIONThere are different types of researches that are carried out by people and are able toovercome the issues that are faced within the organizations. In this context, main focus of theresearch is carried out to analyse the impact of motivation on raising employee’s performancewithin organization. Three of the journals are taken into consideration and this will be helpfulenough to determine models and theories that can help to overcome this aspect. JOURNAL ARTICLE 1 Lunenburg, F.C., 2011. Brief description of the concept of articleIn the articles, there are different types of theories that are considered and these arefollowed so that the rate of performance of workers can be raised. The article states that properself analysis should be done so that the workers will be able to determine skills and capabilitiesthat they have in relation with roles that have to be performed by them (Lunenburg, 2011). Therate of self efficiency should be identified and this can be made through making observation andgetting help from seniors so that they will be able to determine the roles that have to be playedby them. Efficiency of work is raised when workers are influenced with the tasks that have to beperformed. With the help of self-efficacy, workers are able to raise their level of persistence andefforts at the time when there are learning difficulties. 2. Critical discussion on the strengths and weaknesses of conceptsIn accordance with the theory that are applied in the article, it can be stated that there aredifferent type of benefits and disadvantages that are attained by workers with the help of self-efficacy, training and development, setting up goals, etc. and benefits are as:Improves learning: There are certain set of roles that have to be played by the workers.When they fail to perform with their full efficiency, then it has negative impact over thebusiness. With this respect, by making use of self-efficacy, employees are able to determine rolesthat have to be played by them and steps are taken so that they are able to put on their full effortsto support the firm to grow. Improves performance level: Skills and capabilities that each worker within the firm hasis different and when they fail to have the skills, then it becomes difficult for them to perform1
