ANALYSING INFORMATION AND DATA14 improvements in the operations and service needs to be conducted by the company for raising the level of customer service (Post and Byron 2015). Task 8: Conclusion The assessment aims in evaluating the overall expansion plans for the organization, which aims to open their activities in Germany. The stationary market of Germany is evaluated by finding both the pros and con for the investment, where pros are higher than the cons. Moreover, the valuation of mortgage payment is also conducted for determining the level of improvements that needs to be conducted by the investment. Furthermore, the questionnaire condition indicates that improvement in the overall service quality would ensure high customer satisfaction, which the product quality is considered to be relevantly high. Thus, expansion in Germany could be conducted by Duque Organization for raising their operational capability and generating high level of income.
