Nowadays, data analysing is an important tool for gaining the sustainability. Because,
this could be rightly said that if the company would consider various statistical and financial
tools for assessing the data for making the business operations in an effective manner. As, this
can be said that data analysis is the most crucial tool which assist the organisation for assessing
trends and that is why, Donald duque can take an effective decisions. This report is made upon
the research of Donald Duque which is a small sized company. It have printer, general office
supplier, commercial purpose furniture by these organisation units which are used for the
commercial aim, drawing material etc (Lyons and Coyle, 2016).

Brief overview of the wholesale stationery market in Germany:
Germany is the developed nation which have a strong background in terms of economy.
Although, this can be said that the stationery market is growing at a faster rate. This is the
reason, that is why, various company's products are getting recognised in the global market.
There are diverse stationery organisations which have strong brands, namely Staedtler, Stadbilo,
Lino, etc.
From the above mentioned chart, this is rightly said that during the year 2002, main

effective manner. During the year 2015, 2016 and 2017, total sales accounted for €165000,
€182000 & €178000 significantly. This has been evaluated that sales revenue of the company is
enhanced year by year (Silverman, 2015). While on the other hand, this can be evaluated that
sales revenues of the cited company enhanced by 10.30% in 2016. While on the other way, in
2017, decreasing trend (-2.20%) has been addressed in the sales revenue of the cited company.
The sales decreased due to low demand of printer and general office supplies. Henceforth, for
optimising sales revenue and margin business units requirement to emerge strong strategic model
which improving demand for both printer and office material.

By analysing pie chart, this is rightly said that quoted firm's low cost printers contributed
least percentage in 2016 and 2017 year. On the other way, printer cartridges accounted for 16%

manner. The project is providing crucial information about various solution that can assists in
generating desired level of results in order to generate more effective outcomes. By the use of
various tools and data analysis techniques Donald Duque would required to lay their entire target
on employing maximum competent pricing policies. This will ensure that every results can
provide certain margin and impacts to make appropriate decision-making to satisfy customer
demands. The overall project is delivery more effective opportunities in order to gain maximum
