INTRODUCTION
Job advertisement is a process of hiring candidates for the vacant job profile, it is
generally done through electronic or print media (Hong, 2016). Companies use this job
advertisement to attract talented candidates for the vacant job. Present report is based on the
collection of job advertisement for different job profiles such as corporate accountant, tax
accountant, corporate and management accountant, corporate financial accountant, senior
financial accountant, senior accountant and many more. The job advertisement are collected
from different job portals such as Seek, Indeed and jora. In total there were 30 job
advertisements were collected from the job portals. Further report also highlighted skills,
personal attributes and experience required for becoming corporate accountant. Lastly report will
include the relation of skills, tasks and roles from the collected job advertisement with the
corporate accounting unit learned in the class.

They need to communicate financial situation of the company so that correct actions are
taken on time. Corporate accountant need to collect, evaluate and communicate the data
to the managers.
 Accuracy: Corporate accountant need to be accurate in their work, they need to focus on
every small detail in order to prevent mistakes. While performing their job they need to
focus on quality of work and have knowledge of accounting standards so that results are
accurate (Fruhen, Weis and Flin, 2015).

There are various role and responsibility which is to be incurred by corporate account at the time
of attaining their role is to manage the financial data properly so that it helps company to take
effective decision. The responsibility which they carries is in relation to communicate with other
team members and determined various new aspect through which they can achieve the goal
easily (Hong, 2016). The responsivity is relating to following the terms and condition which is to
be assigned by the government of Australia in terms of company norms.
The duty of the accountant is to follow the guideline given by the company regarding
managing the accountant and also communicate the department if they are facing any issue in

preparing the accurate plan. This helps them in building stronger relationship with the other team
members and also the task is to be accomplished within stipulated time.

The major outcomes which is determined in respective of corporate accounting are
mentioned in the MPA unit HI5020 are as stated in perspective of maintain the close relationship
with all the department. As this helps them in reflecting various condition and accordingly they
make strategy to achieve goals. As due to the effective business planning it helps in analysing
various issue which the company is facing and also reflect in overcoming from such factors. It is
also examined that accountant not merged in following aspects which reflect their smooth
working such as interpreting false transaction or engaging their activities into any insider trading
(Gerolimos, Malliari and Iakovidis, 2015). Being the post of cost accountant, their duty is to
prepare the financial statement, making budgets for each and every projects and also stipulate
every activity minutely. So that no transparency occurs relevant to similarity in data and
information.
From the above skills and attributes which is to be maintained by the corporate
accountant, it result in improving their stability in the company and also bring more trust among
different employees working in the same post.
9. Examining skill and experiences needed to become a corporate accountant
Corporate accountant refer to the such person which are liable to carry all the activities of the
company and are familiar with the company information regarding managing the accounts,
determining the actual cash flows and also bound with the rules and regulation. To attain at the
post of corporate account, following skills are to be adapted which is specified under MPA unit
HI5020 as the accountant carry the good communication skill as they had to interact with all the
department and also determines various aspects regarding fluency in company working.
It is the responsibility of the accountant to manage the company budgets in authentic way
which helps companies to expand the business easily. The attributes which they carry is in
respect of maintaining ethics and following the legal rules and regulation which is imposed by
government (Breaugh, 2017). As if the company follow the accurate rules and regulation, it
reflect the company stability in Market and also they can present themselves in correct way.

CONCLUSION
From the above research it can be concluded that corporate accountant has important
role in the enterprise. Job advertisements are important source used for attracting the candidates
related to the job profile. It is concluded that there are various personal attributes that are
required to become corporate accountant. For hiring the right candidate they should advertise the
job profile of the accountants clearly. There were 30 job advertisement collected from the job
portals and most of them required common qualification such as CS, CPA, CFA, CTA, bachelors
in commerce, accounting or finance. Proper roles and responsibilities should be mentioned in the
advertisement in order to attract right candidate who is able to perform the specific job. An
accountant is not only expected to possess the technical skills in recording the transaction but
they also need to possess strong communication skills so that they can communicate with
internal and external stakeholders. They are required to have other attribute also like being
updated with the trends, having leadership qualities, motivation and other like attribute that can
help company to maintain sustainability in growth.
