the company
The organizational culture has an impact on the ways by which the groups and individuals
are able to interact with each other in an effective manner. The leaders of the firms are
considered to be an important part of the culture that is developed and the relationships with the
employees as well. Employee engagement is also an important aspect of organizational culture
(Cvetkovich 2018). The analysis has been mainly based on an organization that has its origins in
New York. The company also operates its offices in the countries like France, China and South

The regional culture of various cultural aspects of the different countries can have a major
impact on organizational culture. The organizational culture on the other hand can influence the
work process of the employees (Islam, Tseng and Karia 2019). The multinational company will
be able to maintain its operations in a profitable manner by taking the cultural values into
consideration. The cultural values will be able to play a major role in influence the strategies that
are developed and implemented by the New York based organization. The firm will be able to
enhance its profitability levels in the industry by implementing the cultural values and aspects
that are a part of the three different countries like France, China and South Africa (Hickman and
Silva 2018). The differences in culture can influence work process of the employees in a
negative manner. The business operations will be influenced in a huge manner by the cultural
differences and the activities that are performed by the individuals in the society.
The regional cultures will have a major impact on the strategies that are implemented by the
New York based organization. The corporate culture is thereby influenced in a huge manner by

the cultural aspects that are a part of the three countries. The analysis of cultural dimensions have
also been able to depict that the society of China and France are hugely different from that of the
US. On the other hand, the aspects related to the society of South Africa are quite similar to that
of the US (Fritsch and Wyrwich 2017). The similarities between the societies of South Africa
and the US are able to support the growth of the New York based organization in the country.
The employees of the organization will not have to face major cultural issues in the South
African operations (Guo, Chan and Xue 2016).
The improvement of organizational operations of the New York based organization will
thereby be based on the support that is mainly provided by the employees. The development of
corporate culture in the organization will thereby be based on the similarities or differences that
exist between the cultures of various organizations. The countries like China in which the
cultural values are hugely different from that of the US will be able to provide major barriers to
the effective operations of the New York based organization (Islam, Tseng and Karia 2019). The
proper enhancement of the operations of the organization will thereby be supported by the
growth that is depicted by the knowledge levels of employees and activities that they perform in
the international operations. The regional culture and the values have a major impact on the work
process of employees and the levels of services that are provided by them as well (Hickman and
Silva 2018).
The service levels can thereby be influenced in a huge manner by the cultural intelligence
and knowledge that have been able to gain as a part of the organization. The improvement of
organizational operations and success in the international areas will thereby be based on the
collaboration between the local employees and the managers who been placed at the
international locations as well. The managers of the organizations thereby need to play a major
