Abstract
In modern market businesses of food delivering has been increased rapidly due to high
demand and growth. It is an undergoing rapid change as new online platform race to capture and
grab the market position. Study has bee concluded about the company that Uber eats is the best
option for delivering food services, majorly they target their customers like corporate climbers
whose age around 23-24 who mostly single and stay away from his families for job purposes.
The scope of the study has been clearly mentioned the system more clearly defined and
logistically corrected to understand the main purpose to measure the benefits in food delivery
system. Study also conducted secondary research data by supporting Literature review where the
data has been collected from journal, books, internet etc.

articles and studies has been discussing the feasibility of food delivery startups (Baer and
Gallois, 2018). With the increase number user of the technology, more are more of the user are
ultimately engaging into the digital sector. Digital technology has just started growing, it will
continue to grow at a rapid rate and with the effect of this so will the various other industries,
including the food delivery industry. Sustainable development is the notion of achieving
economically and socially desirable solutions while at the same time ascertaining ecological
sustainability. So from the studies, it has been found that due to inconvenience or challenges the
chances of profits almost depends on the availability of resources like delivery boy, very
minimal reach, dependency on workers. On the same side, with the help of developing new
technologies and devices that makes the process easier and smooth in which both restaurant and
customer can handle and manage the order. This business opportunity will make the things more
improper and effective learning growth (Retamal, 2017). It provides convenience to both the
parties apart from other facilities like choice, deliveries, availability etc.

The company is in the food industry sector. Uber Eats is an American Online food
ordering and delivery platform for those customers who fails to reach restaurants and at food
outlets. Basically it is take away business who rapidly growing these days. In all the seriousness
the report on Uber ears have result test the company as the wackiest and the most popular
delivery system in UK. Now a day the people are getting very specifics about their particular
orders and the company Uber eats have revealed themselves as the unique requires in the last
years. The company is famous for its continues modification just make their customer more
happy form the services. The company have also target the market with the entrance of its new
services termed as dine in which has appears to be next level from delivery and pick up

options . Hardcore foodies is the another target customers of the company who always find some
new food or offers on food is available (Dunlap and Brulle, eds., 2015). Whose age is around 25-
40. the hardcore foodies have believed that there is pure love than the love for the food they are
having . They are intrinsically and romantically have the attachment with their food. Other than
that, Uber Eats also target families, share house students. In terms of company competitors so
this sector consists low market share concentration with the four leaders controlling below 40%
of food courier industry revenue. This business opportunity will make the things more improper
and effective learning growth. Uber eats uses its own ride and customer data to target its
marketing by location, destination and time of day to grow orders more efficiently, according to
a senior executive at the company (Retamal, 2017). Foodora commits to sustainable food
delivery with three tire environmental plans and improving the best effective learning material
goals. The company is try to give the 'OPT-IN' or 'OPT-OUT ' of cutlery from the participation
restaurants partner. The company is having this modification as this will help the company well
its customer to have ownership in having reduction of waste. The delivery service all over the
world hare currently working toward a common goal as to have reduction is use of plastics by
set target of 30% and roll on to this initiate out to all restaurant partners by the end of tear.
1.3 Project Background
This present project has been based on the case study of food industry and identifies the
Socio-environmental sustainability analysis of food delivery services. There are basically the
three pillars prevailing as the powerful tools which have the proper definition of the issues of
sustainability problems. At the core of sustainable development is the notion of achieving
economically and socially desirable solutions while at the same time ascertaining ecological
sustainability. This project has been discussed the fact that makes the study more interesting and
influencing. Other than that, the study further explains about the method used to by the case
company to have the proper implementation of Socio- environmental sustainability analysis of
food delivery services . This study also analyses some issues found in the process of food
delivery like networking system, government policies, logistical issues, unreliable mechanism
etc. therefore this project will help to summaries the concept of food delivering (Marquart-Pyatt,
2015). Also the study will collect some data through secondary resources to explains the more
effective and learning outcomes. This project intend to look more deeply and about the problem
which affect the operations of the company.

1.5 Project scope
The scope of this study makes the system more clearly define and logistically correct to
understand the main purpose to measure the benefits in food delivery system. This thesis help to
improve the business quality system and more encouraging employees for the same. The is will
also help the company to have he critical thinking over the overall system which will make the
clarification in the environmental stability and the social stability as giving lower carrying
capacity to the Socio - environment can have the effect of lower quality of goods delivered by
social system and the less output the economic system can have in production. This makes the
overall study more valuable and productive (Retamal, 2017). The scope of the project is as it
will help the company to have the analyses the different nodes of transportation which can be
available for company to attain to goals and objectives. With the mode of communication
improved to even include the shot code text and prompt response by deep discussion. This mode
of the things are more clearly effective and generating high work performance.
1.6 Expected Outcomes.
Expected outcomes the project intends to look at the projects intricately talking about
they are a problem and how they affect the operations of the company. It makes the study more
effective and generating high proficiency goals and outcomes. The main purpose of this present
study is to elaborate the in depth knowledge of the following ways to determine the more
information. The study also overlook on the issues or some factors which might impact the
overall business performance. The outcomes of the report will be that the company will be able
to identify the various technologies that can be used to increase the profitability and
sustainability (Marquart-Pyatt, 2015). The most of the expected outcome of report is more have

solution regarding the challenges faced by company is further development. There will be
