INTRODUCTION
The global business environment is full of different environmental factors which should
be analysis so get information which factor has impacted on business positively and negatively.
In a business industry types of business are running that are analysed by management to get the
effectiveness and managing the performance. This report is based on Morrison that supermarket
in UK. This provides products and services at discount rate and attracts the customers which
helps to increase the people living. This report is based on PESTLE analysis of such organisation
that can support the business.
MAIN BODY
PESTLE Analysis – A framework and tool which is uses by entities at the time of running
business for knowing which factor can affect their business and how to deal up with them. As all
factors do not support a business and uncontrollable so it is suggested to management to conduct
a analysis for running a business. The PESTLE analysis of Morrison organisation are as defined:
Political factor – This symbolize some term such as tax rate, political stability, system and
trade rules which are formulated by government for the purpose of running business and needed
to follow by organisations. After Brexit, in UK the political stability is stable and government
has formulated free trade policy that helped Morrison to run business effectively and increase the
sale by providing in other country due to free trade policy (Cubitt, 2019).
Economical factor - The consistent of economy is inflation rate, interest rate, GDP,
population etc. that should be consider by business concern while running a business. After
Brexit, some organisation has entered in UK market and population also increased which has
impacted on business positively. Morrison is running its business as selling activities are
increasing due to over population and GDP rates (About Morrison, 2020).
Social factor – This symbolises lifestyle, culture, demand of products and taste of
customers in a community which affects the organisation. This factor may affects Morrison
negatively as needs and wants of people are changing day by day which become difficult for
organisation to provide the products of all choices so customer has option to choose other brand
and organisation for the purpose of buying products. To overcoming this, marketing manager
should conduct the market analysis which helps to increase the number of customers.
