1POLICY MAKING Post 1: Analysis Policies in the healthcare sector are very much essential as this helps in obtaining proper rights for every individual associated with the sector. After designing a policy it becomes essential for every nurse to follow it efficiently so that it can provide proper services. However it has been observed that due to lack of awareness among the nurses it became very difficult to implement an efficient policy (Loversidge & Zurmehly, 2019). Thus it can be recommended that in order to mitigate the challenge there is a need to discuss the needs of the nurses. There is a need to understand the requirements of the nurses so that it becomes easy to develop a proper policy.From the post it can be stated that due to lack of proper knowledge and non-receptive nature, it becomes very difficult to manage the health care facilities associated with the policy. There is a need listen to the demands of the people. With proper policies it will become easy to provide proper health facility towards the nurses as well as the patients. Hence it can be stated that with proper evaluation of the factors and implementation of policy the nurses can be benefitted. Moreover there is also need to have proper awareness about the health policies so that they can force thee organization to implement proper measures (Zaccagnini & Pechacek, 2019). With the use of proper policies in healthcare it will become easy to improve the health conditions.Beside this with proper associations with NOPF, it will become easy to provide facilities towards the nurses.

3POLICY MAKING Post 2: Analysis According to the post, it is important for RN’S and APRN’s to design proper policies that will contribute towards the health of the nurses. It has been observed that the nurse population has increased widely in past few years. There are several challenges that are faced by the nurses even after implementing policies. This varies from people to people. Hence, it has been observed that believes and frameworks varies widely. This impacts the working condition. Thus after evaluating the case, it can be stated that there is a need to have proper control over the policies that are designed by APRN’s (Gonzalez ETT AL., 2020). With proper enforcement of policies and monitoring the activities it will become easy to resolve the conflicts. In order to enhance the opportunities towards the nurses it is important to create proper groups that will be responsible for managing the performance. With proper strategy and unity it becomes easy to exercise the policies. Beside this it can be stated that it is important for every organization and nursing sector to follow appropriate laws that will not discriminate anyone. Healthcare policies are essential for managing the workforce. Thus with the use and implementation of proper laws it will become easy to enhance the security of the nurses (Kooienga& Wilkinson, 2017). Nurses should be given with proper training and information about their policies and rights, so that they can exercise it efficiently. Apart from this, it is important for every policy making agency to interact with the nurses for gaining real time updates. Based on the issues, the policies are needed to be designed.
