• This type of leadership indicates only one person
involvement in decision making.
• Great man leadership driven to quick decision in an
organisation
• Steve jobs is an great man leader who apply autocratic
leadership style because he centralized the
responsibilities and the authority.
• He does not give any chance to any co-ordinator or
employee to make a decision in a company

• Transformational leadership involves that leadership style under
which, the leader motivates and encourage to the employees

employees.
