2ANDROID APPLICATION
Introduction:
The android application are the some kind of software application like the other
software application but designed solely for running on the Android operating system which
is currently the most popular mobile operating system in the world. This applications are
designed to run on a normal smartphone and in a tablet PC which are having Android OS.
Design Process of Android Application:
While an android application is designed basically three steps are involved in the
design process of this android application. The first step is the planning of the application. In
the second step of this application design process the UX of the application is designed
(Annuzzi Jr, Darcey & Conder, 2014. In the third step of the android application development
work is being done on the visual design of the application where the UI design and the layout
design has been completed successfully.
In the first stage or in the planning stage first of all current problem is defined for
which the android application is designed. In this context information regarding how this
application is going to help is very much useful. In the next step of the planning stage a
market research is carried out to analyse the market competitors. It includes current solution
provided by the market competitor and the popularity of their marketing strategy. If this
android application is a unique type of application then there should be no existing market
competitors. The design of the application should be based on the target audience of the
application.
The UX design is the next step for android app development after planning stage.
