Introduction
Tecno company is a company that manufactures android smartphones.it is based in Hong
Kong. It is a subsidiary of Transion holdings. It focuses its business in Africa and south Asian
market (Nrior, 2017).
Samsung company is a company that manufactures android phones. The company used to
deal with areas such as textiles, insurance and food processing. It is based in south Korea. The
company was founded by Lee Byung-Chul (Choong, 2014)

Samsung electronics such as mobile phones use several stages which are well planned. In
order to perform the process of manufacturing effectively and the completion of the entire cycle
for the products (Kim, 1997). The stages are arranged in a manner that they are time and cost
effective. The major stages include;
i) Conceptualization
Samsung has continuously attempted to formulate the concept of products based on the
technologies that are advanced.
ii) Research
After the product concept has been developed, it greatly focuses on the suitable technology
identification, production methods as well as vendors.
