Hence, it is evident that when there are different types of people there will be conflicts of opinion, values, beliefs and working styles. The conflicts can arise anytime and anywhere. These articles provide an insight into how those conflicts can be managed and the organizational goals be fulfilled. As there are many types of conflicts, there are many ways of resolving them too. An organization can respond in different ways to the conflicting situations. These articles support the different types of conflict management styles with proper evidence.
