 The main objective of this project is related to DeGrandis Sporting
Goods. The organization has intended to turn into the official supplier
of sporting equipment to the Olympic team of Australia.
 Every primary stakeholder is found at the outset and then consulted.
Here, a comprehensive list of project perquisites is created on the basis
of the needs of the stakeholders.
 Besides, the project been running for six months over the scheduled
timeframe, all the additional project perquisites are met successfully.
 Here, the new partnership has been deployed, and the sales value are
determined to have risen through about three million dollars.

 Creating constant ethics and values to the culture of the Australian
Olympic Committee begins with efficient strategic planning.
