I always had the interest to pursue my career in the fields of science and technology. I possess
excellent communication or verbal skill, which will help me in collaborating with the other
healthcare team. Apart from that, I am also comfortable in handling modern technology and
complex equipment or instruments. I can work well under pressure; I think such stressful
situation brings out the best in me. I am much dedicated to my roles and responsibilities,
which helps me in meeting deadlines. I am punctual and reliable, have excellent time
management skills. Being a people’s person, I have good interpersonal skills which help me
in communicating with the patients, assure and advise them. I love to work in a team,
collaborate with my fellow associate, discuss with them, give respect to their opinions and
hence solving a problem together. I will help me in creating unity or bonding between the co-
workers and result in higher productivity. I have leadership ability; I can lead the team from
the front and show initiatives from my own. I am matured and can follow instructions well
regarding diagnostic tests and procedures. I am a very flexible and adaptable person; I can
adapt myself to the situation and work accordingly. I possess problem-solving abilities which
help me in dealing with complex situations more professionally and matured way. Lastly, I
am very organised with my work and like to work neatly and accurately.
As far as my educational qualification is concerned, I have done my schooling from Qatar,
persued M.B.B.S from Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute, at Chennai in India. I am
currently pursuing Master of Public Health in epidemiology at Glasglow. I also appeared for
IELTS and got an overall score of 7. I have previous work experience too. I worked as a
MEM Resident in the Department of Accident and Emergency Medicine at Gleneagles
Global Health City from July 4, 2018, to August 15, 2019. Before that, I have worked as a
Clinical Observer at Hamad Hospital Pediatrics Department, Doha-Qatar.

Regarding my motivation, my biggest source of motivation is my family. I see them working
effortlessly every day, their dedication towards their work and responsibility motivated me a
lot, and I tried to imbibe their positivism into my life. My father is a self-motivated person; I
learnt from him how to deal with pressure and deliver the best. They inspired me to take up
more enormous challenges, overcoming the fear of failure. I am highly motivated by success,
knowing the fact that my hard work and continuous effort will fetch me professional success
in the coming days is what keeps me going. Apart from this, watching the organisation where
I work, flourish and develop gradually is also a source of satisfaction.
My goal is to provide efficient healthcare service to patients, preventing premature death and
disabilities, providing enhanced or high-quality health services to the patient. As a healthcare
associate, my biggest priority will be to ensure proper patient care and comfort, facilitate
patient engagement.

in the world. I wanted to join the NHS because of the lucrative opportunities it offers the
employees to build a successful and prosperous career. The organisation provides ample
support and guidance for the employees to sharpen their knowledge and skills, which helps
them in delivering improved healthcare and treatment to patients. Moreover, I believe, I
possess the skills and competencies required for this position. I will abide by the NHS values
and standards. I believe, if I am given a chance to work within this organisation, I can do
justice to it, by contributing to the organisation as a whole.
Based on the thorough research about the organisation, I came to know about the broader

healthcare – NHS is also committed to providing improved and efficient healthcare service

ensuring confidentiality and privacy of patients. Besides, NHS has provision for a wide range
of health service, and everyone can access it irrespective of gender, race age, religious belief
or sexual orientation. Moreover, access to health service at NHS is based on an individual’s
clinical requirement, and not on his income. The services are given to individuals free of cost;
however, in some limited scenarios, it is sanctioned by the government. NHS is always
looking for opportunities to provide improved and more affordable healthcare to patients;
they are devoted to delivering the most effective and safe healthcare service to patients. It
ensures that every trainee gets the appropriate training, knowledge, education both in
leadership and management. NHS has collaboration with globally acclaimed organisations. It
is an integrated system committed to wok in harmony with the local authorities and other
public or private organisation to deliver improved healthcare to the patients and ensure better
health outcome. It is an organisation which is funded through national taxation and follows
the framework provided by the government. It is accountable to the public, patients and other
community members that it serves. The system of accountability and responsibility of the
NHS for taking a particular decision is kept transparent and clear to the patient, public and
other health staff to prevent further issues. I strongly identify with the moral ethics of the
organisation and believe that the skills and knowledge I have will assist me in delivering

During the M.B.B.S period, I have learnt a lot, gained sufficient knowledge and skills, which
I feel would be advantageous for this position. I am very patient-focused. I will prioritise
their needs and organise my work based on that. I am also efficient in following the rules,
regulation and policies of the organisation and make sure that I abide by them throughout my
career. As an experienced and fully qualified registered Medical Practitioner, I am very
efficient and passionate about delivering the best levels of care to patients. I also carry
experience in internal medicine. Moreover, during my previous workplaces, I was involved in
the investigation and diagnosis of sick and injured patients on their ailments and then
arranging appropriate treatments for them. I also regularly updated and maintained accurate
patient records, supervised other administrative and junior healthcare staff. I looked after
patients who were suffering from acute and long-term illnesses and diseases and administered
drugs, medication and injections to them. I have always treated patients with respect and
dignity and gave priority to individual needs. Not only health service, I also gave emotional
support and reassurance to patients and relatives and responded calmly to emergency
situations. I am efficient in handling document case history in detail and maintain accurate
medical records. I am also proficient in taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and
blood pressures. I even worked at the ICU, in Operation theatre of Surgery & Gynecology
and assisting Senior Doctor in surgery. By taking all these into count, I believe I have the
adequate knowledge and skill to be able to serve your organisation and ensure better health
outcome.
