INTRODUCTION
Mental health is defined as the wellbeing of a person which creates the individual need
and wants as per their abilities and provides the aspect of the stresses of life. This provides the
work productively. This can contribute to this and create a community session. They are also
used to provide the proper preserving and restoring of mental health which is used to create a
vital role for an individual. As per this, the case study report about various part of trauma and
different aspect of mental health symptoms and so on (Filizola and et. al., 2019).

Trauma centres are usually used in the aspect of any patient which have a critical condition
and dealing with any serious issues. As per this, the patient is deal with any unnecessary
condition which can create the destruction in their life. So, as per this, then need particular care
and a ventilation with order to ventilator so as per this promise centres are usually and formed in
such a way which help to provide the life base to that particular patient.
As per this case, Briony facing an issue with several multiple mental disorders. After
reviewing the case study and their overall scenario is describing the mood disorder such as
depression or bipolar disorder, and she is also dealing with anxiety and personality disorder with
some small symptoms of an eating disorder. In this case, the psychotic disorder and trauma-
related disorder such as post-traumatic stress disorder is analyzed. As per this, the major cause is
mood disorder, anxiety disorder, and eating disorder (Palagini and et. al., 2020).
Some of the important factor which is taking into considerations which is originally from
the patient side. There is various type of factor which is associated with the barrier to trauma care
which is such as geographical area, financial area or there is always a deviation which is started
with the cultural barrier. Moreover, it helps the patient to analyse their critical condition with this
regards doctor and physician. Some of the bases which help them to get integrated in the trauma
and apply some of the therapies which is useful and the trauma centre to overcome from this
particular disease.
