3 Task 1: Values Audit An individual’s values are evaluated to be effectively related to the career choice made by the individual and also the outcomes of one’s operational behavioural style. Decisions associated to one’s career are taken to be framed based on the different underlying motivational factors (Mulrennan2018).Valueassessmentgainssignificanceinthataneffectivefitbetween individual values and the organisational culture helps the individual gain promotions and rise up the career ladder(Brown & Lent 2012). In that currently I am pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Accounting from Victoria University Sydney Australia, I thus focus on pursuing my career goal in becoming an effective Chartered Accountant. During my undergraduate course, I have developed different hard skills like effective presentation and communication skills, accounting and financial reporting oriented skills, time management skills, problem solving skills and also computing skills.
4 Task 2: Capability Audit Capacity of Communicating Effectively The capacity of an individual for communicating in an effective fashion requires the carrying out of communication through use of verbal, non-verbal, graphic and also based on written means. Effectiveness of the communication is generated in terms of conveying the right messages to the target audiences by any or combination of the above means(The British Medical Association 2015).My communication abilities are reflected in my interest and capability of competing in debate competitions in a team setting and in wining accolades. Further, one of my potential strengths is that I can communicate in an effective fashion and also render quality presentations. In terms of professional exposure as a senior sales representative in 7 Eleven, I developed the capability of communicating effectively with the customers and in understanding their needs and expectations so that the same can be rightly addressed. Organisational and Administrative Skills Effective organisational skills are identified in terms of one’s ability to set specific or defined goals and objectives, be able to allocate and streamline effective resources for meeting desired ends, possess needed knowledge about the strengths and weaknesses of individual participants and also has the ability of generating an effective plan that would help the participants to perform in a collective fashion for accomplishment of group or organisational objectives(Cockburn 2013). Goodadministrative skills are developed through the generation of effective operational plans for specified periods and thereby in evaluating the performances of others based on meeting the planned tasks and keeping needed records(Brown 2016).

5 In terms of organising and administrative skills, in my professional domain I have looked into aspectslikestoremanagementandtherebyineffectiverecordkeepingoffinancialand accounting transactions carried out on a day-to-day basis. Further, in terms of store management, I focused on allocating and managing potential resources for effectively servicing the emerging needs of store’s customers. Team Worker One of the most effective abilities that are required of an individual by the different organisations is the individual’s ability to work in a team setting and thereby focus on motivating and directing team workers to perform in a cohesive fashion for meeting of both group and departmental objectives. Team working is highly encouraged by companies regards to customer servicing and other administrative roles(McMunn 2013). During my student life, I also worked as an effective volunteer and team leader and thereby helped others in meeting both group and individual needs like guiding individuals in book fairs and also in helping my fellow students while acting as a team lead to meet the Chairman of Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR). In terms of working as a senior sales associate in ‘7 Eleven’ I am gaining an effective exposure of working as a part of an active team in meeting of customer servicing objectives. Customer Servicing Skills In terms of effective customer servicing skills, individuals are required to rightly empathise with the needs and expectations of the customers and thereby in working accordingly for helping customers gain needed access to products, services and promotional offers for meeting their needs(Knapp 2014). Speaking in a positive and empathetic fashion makes the customers feel
6 cared for by the firm and thereby increases customer satisfaction and loyalty. Effective customer servicing skills also require handling of customer frustrations and complaints patiently and thereby in showing needed tolerance to their problems and needs. Similarly, effectiveness in customer servicing skills is generated in terms of communicating with needed clarity and in timely fashion information regarding new launches and offers(Toporek 2015). While working as a senior sales representative in ‘7 Eleven’ I came to understand the manner of dealing with customers and thereby in understanding their needs for effectively selling and promoting of products retailed in the store. Further, as a part of my job I came face-to-face with Australian customers and developed an understanding of Australian culture. Ability in Managing Projects The employers are interested in recruits that reflect needed ability in managing projects across a cross-team environment and also in terms of integrating along project oriented sites. Apart from management of different projects in a synchronised fashion the employers the management of projects also require effective management of financial budgets(Schwalbe 2015). In terms of working as a senior sales representative in ‘7 Eleven’, I developed an ability in managing both customer servicing objectives along with monitoring and managing the financial and accounting activities in the retail outlet on a day-to-day basis so as to gain needed profits. Further, the participation in different projects likes that of Disneyland, Coles and NAB helped me in gaining practical knowledge investment management and conducting of projects.
7 Task 3: Personal Branding Elevator Pitch Hi, my name is Molla Tushar. Currently, I am pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in the domain of Business and Accounting from Victoria University based in Sydney, Australia. I have developed on different hard skill sets like communication and presentation, accounting and problem solving, leadership and also time management related skills(Chritton 2014). I also developed on information technology skills. I also acted as an effective team leader and team worker while helping my fellow students meet the Chairman of BCSIR and also earn gold medal in debate competition.During the course, I was also involved in different project management activities associated to Disneyland, NAB and also Coles which helped me in gaining practical knowledge regarding project and investment management. While working as a senior sales representative in ‘7 Eleven’ I developed on customer servicing skills and also management of accounting and financial reporting activities.
