Values Audit
The five personal values that influenced my life choices are honesty, creativity, inspiration,
integrity, and success (Suleman, 2016).

Consideration of values is crucial to career management because they play a critical role in
evaluating career success (Succi and Canovi, 2019). The values define the purpose of life as well
as influence every decision.
I intended to pursue a Certified Management Accountant. I have developed five hard skills via an
undergraduate course, which are scheduling, financial, research, computer, and data
management. With the help of these skills, I could manage my time to study and doing research.
Capability Audit
Response and examples to support response to the selection criteria are as follows:
Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively – I believe that I have both verbal and
non-verbal communication skills which can be demonstrated through my undergraduate
course or previous part-time employment. Communication skills helps in carrying out all
the works effectively (Brink and Costigan, 2015). My role as a financial manager is to
communicate effectively with the diverse people and help them regarding various
financial issues. I need to understand the need for the other financial staffs who seek my
advice. I need to develop a strong relationship with the auditors or solicitors. Effective
communication is necessary for every profession and workplace (Smart, 2004). For
instance, as I am the financial manager of the XYZ Company, I have to prepare accounts
as well as reach the financial situation of the firm. For completing my duties, I
communicate effectively with my colleagues across the whole process of the business

Good organizational and administrative skills – As an experienced executive, I have
strong administrative as well as organizational skills that helps me to manage events,
programs, meetings within a short duration. For instance, my role as an executive at e-
Commerce Co. is to assist senior executives in their concerned work processes. The duty
of an executive is to give administrative support, answer all calls, manage events, arrange
meetings, and organize schedules (Marcel, 2017). One day, I have received a phone call
from a senior executive at early morning to arrange a meeting with the foreign delegates
within 3 hours. I make a call to the delegates and organize a schedule for the meeting
Proven ability to work as part of the team – I understand the significance of teamwork
while I was working in a team. My role is to ensure that the work process is being
executed as per the plan which will help in receiving positive outcomes for the team. An
action plan have been formulated for each member to solve the problem with great
effectiveness (Matsouka and Mihail, 2016). I have the ability to work in a team as I enjoy
working together for brainstorming ideas. For example, I have been a part of the team
that works for the completion of commercial projects. I have contributed several unique
ideas for the successful completion of the project. I suggest direction like a program or
campaign to contribute to the areas of the project. All the team members work effectively
and made the project successful
Well-developed customer service skills – As an experienced customer service manager, I
have good customer service skills. I can fulfill the expectations of the consumers by
identifying their needs. I have the ability to deal with unsatisfied or angry customers in
order to keep them associated with the firm. The customer service skills helps in
developing strong relationships with the potential customers (Collins, 2015). I could
interact with the consumers easily effectively as well as also help in understanding the
services provide to the consumers in the organization. For example, in my current role as
a customer service manager, I face an unsatisfied customer who has a complaint with the
services of the company. I contact with the top management and discuss the situation. I
dealt with the consumer calmly and respectfully and heard the complaint in details. I have
identified the fault and assure the customer that the mistake will not be repeated as well
as deliver quality services to him
