help an individual to walk the path of life with confidence and strength (Feldman and
Bradi, 2015).
Field of Work
I would like to work in the field of E-commerce and be a part of the digital marketing
team at Amazon. The hard skills acquired by me which would help me in reaching my
career goals are

skills and experience. Going through the links provided in the assessment sheet, I came
to a conclusion that the following selection criteria are important while evaluating the
employees:

Activities including extra co-curricular
Teamwork skills
Emotional Intelligence
Cultural alignment
Work experience
Calibre of academic result
Critical reasoning and analytical skills
Passion/Knowledge/Drive and commitment
According to me the 5 most important section criteria are:
Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively- This is one of the most
important selection criteria which the employer first notices, the way en
employee interact or speaks in his interview is a reflection of how he would
communicate in the business hours. Not only is the verbal, but written
communication ability of the employee also assessed by the employer. At the
same time, effective communication becomes important while communicating
with the stakeholders of the business organization (Atkinson and Storey, 2016).
Good Organizational and administrative skills- Every organization before
employing a candidate weighs him in different selection criteria and towards the
end reaches a conclusion. It is highly important that the candidate has skills in
both administration and knows how to behave in a professional business
environment (Goldin and Katz, 2018).
Proven ability to work as a part of team-Business organizations have
understood this fact that teams can achieve goals in a much better and efficient
manner than an individual working alone. Thus, employers try to test the
candidate by asking him several questions and putting him in various simulation
exercises to assess the team working ability of the candidate. This selection

completed my 6 months of training in Social media and Internet marketing. I completed
180 hours of Google certified programs and have hands on experience on analytics tool,
SEO, SEM, SMM and Big data analytics. My aspiration is to be a part of digital media
team and help my organization to focus on Return on Investment while ensuring a good
brand awareness and engagement with the target audience. As an individual, my
