In the globalized business environment, the rapid change is highly necessary to the sustainability of the business organization. Furthermore, the following also provides a review on the role of the leadership in the management of the changes. The following review has been able to answer the different kinds of the organizational needs in a proper and effective manner. Design/Approach and Methodology: The analysis of the literature has been completed by the analysis of a number of secondary research articles that has been the basis of the study. The major focus of the study has been on the leadership, change management and the different kinds oftheorganizationaldemandsofthebusinessthatareaddressedduringthe analysis of the change management process of the organization. The vision of the organizations generally frame the main changes and thrive towards the achievement of such changes. As mentioned earlier, leadership plays a crucial role in the success of the business organization. The presence of an effective leadership within the business organization helps the management to implement the different kinds of the change agents and accordingly ensure the success of the organization in a proper and efficient manner. Some of the major recommendations that can be ascertained from the following report to usher in changes for the organization are as follows; A, Securing a proper communication process-The people within the organization must have a clear information as well as a clear idea on the changes that will be going to be undertaken. There are times when the organization faces different kinds of problems that includes the likes of the unawareness about the changesAarons et al. 2015). In the absence of a clear and factual communication process, the people in the organization tends to create their own information about the change process and at times rumours even become facts which can be harmful for the organization as well as for the change to be undertaken in the organization. a.Getting close and personal-The time when the information concerns are satisfied, people all wants to know the way the change will affect them personally. The changes in the organization and its effects has to be well known to the people in order for the people to give their nod. The people with serious personal concerns will be wandering about their own benefits from these changes. Therefore the leaders of these business organizations must ensure success in a proper and efficient manner to make the changes more successful in nature. b.Planning a suitable action-The leaders in the business organization who leads the changes must address the first two concerns effectively as because the people who will be impacted on the implementation of such changes must provide all the different details to them in order to ensure success. The planning of the action must be done to achieve such feat. The preparation of the leaders to answer the different questions from the people must be ensured to gain success within the business organization.

The preparation from the leaders to make the people aware of the benefits of the changes and their impact on the personal and professional life can be termed as a way of making the changes saleable and acceptable to the different persons. The selling of the changes thus can be said to be an important identity of the business change management. Findings and Conclusions The major research questions have been answered in the total part of the literature review chapter. The four different research questions that formed the basis of the following research are as follows; ď‚·Howtounderstandthedifferentleadershiprolesandchangesin organizations? ď‚·What are the ways to examine the impact of leadership and change on organisations? ď‚·WhatarethewaystoassesstherelationbetweenLeadershipand organizational change? ď‚·What aretheways tosuggest recommendedactions totheleaders for bringing forth modifications in the organizational performance? The first finding has helped to gain an understanding of the most important skills of a leader. The findings are totally based on the first question which has provided thewaystounderstandthedifferentleadershiprolesandchangeswithinthe businessorganizationandhasalsoshownthehardshipsundertakeninthe performance of the leadership role. It has been proved that the management of the employee behaviours can have a major influence on the change management process of the business organizations. The second question which is based on the different methods to examine the efforts of leadership and change in the business organization has provided the different processes that are undertaken by the business organizations to assess the impact of the leadership qualities within the business organization. The research has established and identified new methods to get a clear and detailed idea of the

The report has provided the use of the different kinds of the leadership styles and has helped in the success of the business organization in a proper and effective manner. The importance of each of the leadership styles have been explained. The third research question has provided a detailed and compact description of the relationship between leadership and organizational changes. The different kind of the changes have been established and its importance have been explained in a systematic manner. The fourth and last discussion is based on the discussion of a number of different recommendations that can be helpful for the leaders of the business organizations to implement the changes in the business organization with utmost accuracy and full success. Limitations In spite of the systematic and organized presentation of the different forms of the literary review connected to the subject taken for the research, there are a numberoflimitationsthathasbeenidentifiedinthefollowingresearch.The theoretical and the informative nature of the following qualitative based study limits the research to get a real time data based on the successful application of the business in a proper and organized manner. The absence of real time data and dependency on the secondary sources can be problematic for sometimes. The presence of a selected few theories within the research is important for the success of the research. The use of only the qualitative articles and the absence in the use of the quantitative based articles is a major limitation for the conduction of the data analysisinaproperform.Theresearchhasalsoconsideredthedifferent perspectives of the qualitative research that can be successful easily. Many of the research articles included in this paper are also limited in terms of providing specific recommendations for future investigations. Therefore, the leaders of organizational change are suggested to become more familiarize with literature to attain more in- depth knowledge and directions. The limits in time and money comes from a decent background.
