Executive summary
The aim of this report was to discuss about the effectiveness of persollo in
terms of their 9 elements of the business model canvas. All the elements are
being discussed on the basis of the swot analysis. This report has discussed
on the internal effectiveness of persollo. It is identified that they are facing a
huge positive factors. There are number of opportunities that are also being
faced by persollo. It is important for them to tap the growing opportunities
and mitigate the identified threats.

Introduction
It is important for the contemporary business organizations to have
proper and ideal business model in their operation. This is due to the reason
that effectiveness of the business model will help the organizations in
ensuring the maximum return from the market. In this case, it should also be
noted that reviewing of the business model of the organizations along with
each of the elements is also important (Joyce and Paquin 2016). This will
help to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the model and the areas of
improvement. Persollo is an innovative and new startup based in Australia,
which is offering assistances for the business entities in making sales in
social media platforms. These assistances include click bait and social media
influencers.
However, as they are a new startup, it is important for Persollo to
review their business model elements based on the SWOT analysis to ensure
the maximum effectiveness. This report will discuss each of the elements of
the business model of Persollo on the basis of SWOT analysis and the major
negative and positive factors will be identified.
SWOT of key partners
Strengths Persollo is having their partnerships with different e-commerce
apps. Thus, it is helping them in having the larger base of
solutions for the clients. In addition, initiation of the holistic
process with involvement of the developers is also helping
Persollo in offering best value proposition.
Weakness

Persollo is majorly depended on the third party vendors and
thus their bargaining power in dealing with the partners is low.
Dealing with the large number of partners for a small scale
entity such as Persollo is complex and difficult (Muhtaroglu et
al. 2013).
Opportunit Adding more partners in the process from newer regions will
