The organisation need to not to take alot of updation. By storing data on cloud the records and data are also secured as in themanual process if there is any fire or accident there are chances that record will be lostand also the will be no backup for that. But cloud computing have solved this issue asdata on cloud is not lots and backup is possible. So, in a way lot of solution of problemsthat is there in a business can be solved by using this technology (Sanaei and Buyya,2014.).1
