Artificial intelligence is all about development of computer systems which perform tasks
and work by the command of human beings. This process has replaced human beings as major
work is being done by software and smart machines. Due to this the world is becoming more
digital and every task is becoming easy. Decisions can be taken very easily due to tracking and
analysing things in more detail. Companies can take feedback from customers just by a click
which makes it easy for managers to make decisions as per the needs and feedbacks of consumer
(Makridakis, 2017). In the future, Artificial intelligence will make all the process very fast and
easy. But there are many other effects also which means that artificial intelligence will affect in
negative way too. Humans will get replaced due to this and work will be performed through use
of technology. It will result in unemployment and will make people job less. But on the other
hand, it also gives job to other as due to implementation of new technology people are required
to work on the same. Artificial intelligence will affect the future in better way and this will help
the organisation and consumers both more in positive way (Grewal, Roggeveen and Nordfält,
2017). Many agencies are being digital these days to make their business more better. As a
innovative business grows more In every term. So artificial intelligence will affect the future in
both positive and negative way.
