business is beneficial as it helps in reducing the operational costs as well as helps in increasing
efficiency by growing as well as improving the experience of the customers (Lu et al., 2018).
The integration of right AI technology will generally help the business organization in saving
both time and money in order to properly automate the routine processes as well as tasks by
enhancing the productivity as well as operational efficiencies of the organization. In addition to
this, it is found that the use of AI helps in avoiding mistakes by providing smart system.
Furthermore, it also helps in improving the revenue of the organization by maximizing as well as
determining the sales opportunities.

According to Zang et al. (2015), it is necessary for the organization to get familiar with
