INTRODUCTION
Group work is important element for every organisation because it helps company in
accomplishing goals and objectives (Ahmed, Siantonas and Siantonas, 2017). Work is given in
teams so that it will increase productivity of company and employees. Gibs model is described in
the report and importance of effective team work in an organisation. Some strategies are
discussed which will help company in maintaining good environment and effective teamwork.
MAIN BODY
In every organisation it is essential that employees should have the skills of working in a
team. When there is workload in the organisation then task is given in groups so that work can be
completed on time and employees can work efficiently. If workers work in a team then it helps in
building good reputation in market and employees are also satisfied because they are safe and
healthy working environment (Cook and Brunton, 2018). Managers of Alibaba Jack ma take
necessary steps which is helpful in achieving goals and objectives, they also give task in groups
so that workers can know about each other and interact with every worker. This helps in
eliminating confusion and misunderstanding among employees, work can be done effectively
and efficiently.
Gibs reflective cycle is a model which is given by Graham Gibs, it includes six stages that
can be applied in an organisation so that all employees can work properly and they can
develop skills for how to work in a team (Adeani and et.al., 2020). Gibs model has six steps
such as, description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan. Gibs model
helps organisation as well as individual person because it helps in identifying strengths and
weakness of an employee and according to that work is given. Stages of Gibs model are:
Description – It refers to situation that a person faces while working in a team.
When employees are given work in groups or team they face many problems because
all workers are from different culture or background and they will need some time to
understand nature of other members. Work is given in teams so that employees can
interact with each other and they can work effectively. The objective of company is
to develop skills among employees. According to my opinion, managers should
make plans or strategies so that workers can communicate with each other as this
will help in reducing confusion and all can do their work according to instructions
