and knowledgeable workforce among which each candidate is able to make supermarket
productive then other supermarkets in the nation, where it has established its venture in effective
manner. For example, human resource management is one of those strategic departments among
which each worker is able to reach desire outcomes as they are capable to understand the needs
and expectations of employees, who are providing satisfactory services to target market or
