EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The business’s name is Asian Street Food Truck. This is a Sole Proprietorship
business consist me the owner of the business. Asian Street Food Truck is located at
Greenwood Street Food Vendors, Dataran Greenwood, 68100 Batu caves, Selangor. The
business that will be conducted is producing and selling variety of Asian food with various
types of recipes and tastes. But our main menu is Korean Fried Chicken.
The visions of Asian Street Food Truck are to become the leading brand in food truck
business and in the whole state of Malaysia. Our goal is to moderate growth, annual
profitability and to maintain our performance.
The missions of Asian Street Food Truck are we are in the food truck industry with the
aim of building a brand that can meet the needs and wants of our esteemed clients in places
where they can hardly access standard cafeterias.
The objectives of Asian Street Food Truck are to offer high quality and moderate price of
foods, to become a regionally recognized brand, capitalizing on the rapid growth and
popularity of the food truck industry in Malaysia, offer a variety of food from fast food to a
real meals, and also assorted non – alcoholic drinks and wine and others non-halal raw
material, creating and attractive and diverse menu, and providing excellent customer
services that enhances the rapport with students through responsiveness to needs and
wants.
