Part C: Understanding Psychopathy
Therapy is a creative form of therapy whereby individuals use different innovative and technical
therapeutic art techniques with a view to express themselves and improve their mental, physical
and emotional wellbeing. It is a therapy method used in the use in the psychotherapy field
whereby one is helped by the art therapists to resolve the conflicting issues that they have
through art whereby they use different types of art and craft such as painting, drawing or
molding to express their inner feelings. It is through such art activities that individuals go
through the healing process since through expressing their feelings in the art therapy, they are
able to work with professionals to manage their behavior and improve their self-esteem. Like any
other means of creative therapy sessions to help individuals heal, in order to enjoy the fruits of
the creative form of therapy, one does not have to be talented in art, since the art people draw are
an expression of how they feel hence perfection is not a significant element. Creative art therapy
is more of a reflection of an individual’s inner-self and feelings which help them get a deeper
understanding of themselves hence facilitating the healing process.
Living with a parent who meets the criteria of psychopathy would affect one’s life a little
both of positively and negatively. However, it would affect them more negatively than it would
positively. For instance, living with a psychotic parent would help one appreciate and understand
psychopaths and what they go through. As a result, it would be easy for one to deal and live with
such individual in the society. On the other hand, one would be affected negatively in
emotionally and psychologically. There is a possibility that one would develop emotional and
psychological distress and trauma. There are also cases whereby one would face stigmatization
from peers in the society.

Factors of psychopathy do have and should have an influence in sentencing decisions.
This is because psychopathy affects the brain and hence how one behaves. As a result, one would
commit a crime not out of freewill or negligence but due to psychopathy. As a result, which is
what happens in most cases, when one commits murder, one is examined by a psychiatrist in
order to ensure whether they meet the factors of psychopathy. Depending on the results, one is
either sentenced to life in prison or one is put away in a health facility.
There are some occupations where it may be advantageous to be psychopathic. Some of
these occupations include working in a morgue as well as working in the military. This is
because one is engaged in duties that call for acting based on what is required and not out of
mercy.
Therapy in most cases is unlikely to be successful in changing psychopathy since it is the
state of the brain and not a psychological disorder that happens as a result of an event.
Part D: Disorder and Treatment Resource
One of the successful doctors to have relied on the cannabinoid is Dr. Mike from the
Ontario Medical Community and he says that he was successful in treating the post symptoms of
the post-traumatic stressed patient which include the chronic pains by intervening with the use of
the cannabinoid from the herb.one of the reasons behind application of the cannabinoid in
treatment of the PTSD and the intervention of a changed lifestyle is to combat the opioid use
which does not give the needed results as clearly discussed by Dr.Mike (Weiss, 2016).
Cannabinoid, on the other hand, provides a great relief to these patients, and this gives them a
high chance of focusing on their lifestyles to cope with the use of the herb for combating their
symptoms.
