INTRODUCTION
Steward is the ethics bodies with different responsibility for planning and management of
resources. This model can be clearly implied to the various environments and nature such as the
economic, health, property, information and theology. This model is turning out to be important
concerned for corporate leaders about different challenges facing by business. Tesco leadership
need a change for the restoration of trust in the precious stakeholders in general and gaining
more level of market shares. There is need of emerging company wide programme of training
and change in leadership to prevent different wrong doings in the future. The report will have
