Introduction
 The case study hotel, which is based in New South Wales has
observed low employee engagement in the workplace
 They came to know about this on the basis of an employee survey on
employee engagement

 As a result, the General Manager of the hotel has instructed for
revamping the mission, vision and values statement
 Moreover, there are instructions also to make changes along the
entire core activities of the human resources team
 These are induction program, training & development programs,
wellness activity, employee incentive programs, etc.

mission, vision and values
statement.

Mission: “To provide an enhanced
leisure and vacation experience to
the customers through excellent
customer service”

Vision: “To promote and nurture a


