INTRODUCTION
Strategic Human resource management is very complex and human resource oriented
process for establishing and implementing HR policies to state and solve the problems related to
the human resource in countries businesses and also to contribute in achieving the long-term
objectives of the business (Greer, 2021). Within the strategic Human resource management
health policies plays very important role because it is very essential to maintain the health care
within the business environment and in the society to achieve the specific goals. Health policies
provide insurance regarding the healthcare action plans within the society under some rules and
guidance. Health and human services both go hand in hand as it is very essential for the country
to maintain the mental health and physical health of the citizens in order to run country
smoothly. The present report will emphasise on UK as country and Tesco a company in UK.
The report outlines a social and the political context of the country along with the historical
events. Health issues within the UK are discussed with the help of the epidemiological data and
statistics. Various health policies such as reduced obesity, reduce infant mortality, breast cancer
except are identified and described within the report. Among the Walt and Gilson's context
factors situational factors are identified and their impact on helath policies is discussed in the
report.

Discuss the geographical location with relevant demographic detail
Tesco is the one of the largest supermarket supply chain in the United Kingdom. Tesco
has it’s headquarter at England, UK. Demographic detail is the collection and the study of
population on the basis of several factors such as race, sex, age etc (Singh and et. al., 2018). It is
very important for the organizations like Tesco to understand the geographical location on the
basis of demographic details of that country to understand the customers and their daily habits
and accordingly plan strategies to meet the customers’ demands. The geographical region is
Tesco is UK and the density in which it operates is rural and the urban. Tesco has the customers
and the employees of all age categories with the male and female gender both. The occupations
of the people who are operating and buying from the Tesco are students, employees,
professionals or teachers etc. the income of such peoples are either low or the middle class
