This research aims to assess the effects of leadership styles and perceived justice on organizational citizenship behaviour of employees in SMEs in Sydney, Australia. It explores the importance of organizational leadership for running SMEs and the benefits of effective leadership and management. The research design methodology involves a cross-sectional survey using convenient sampling and quantitative methods. The research is the first stage of a larger project and will recruit 305 participants through convenience sampling. The study will ensure confidentiality of participants and obtain informed consent. The data will be recorded through interviews with permission from the respondents. The research team, supervisor, and college/university will have access to the data, and it will be destroyed after a certain time period.
