INTRODUCTION
In every project there are usually some crucial elements which is considered that are
planning, controlling, executing, etc. however, project manager is required to assign role and
monitor utilisation of resources so that project is completed on time. Moreover, there are many
things which is to be considered in project management. This is because it can highly impact on
project quality, cost, scope, etc. Furthermore, there is need to maintain progress of project as well
so that it is ensured project is proceeding as per plan.
In this assignment, it will be described about various types of risks associated with Cardio health
project. Also, it will be discussed about stakeholder communication, ghantt chart, etc. along with
it, cost analysis of project will be mentioned and quality management plan.
Identify project risk and its categories
In every project there occurs different types of risks which can highly impact on its
overall completion. These risks are uncertain in nature and can occur anytime, anywhere. So, it is
necessary for project manager to identify those risks so that effective and proper measures can be
taken. This helps in reducing impact of risk on project. Apart from it, determining of risk gives
insight to manager and team members about level of risk, its likelihood and what mitigation
measures are to be taken. Similarly, in cardio health project as well the risk are broken down into
various categories. It has enabled in giving in depth info about risks. They are as follows
Market risk it is a type of risk that is associated with market. In this it may occur that the cardio
health project may fail in organization. The nurse or staff working in it may Not accept this.
Apart from it, patient may not accept this service given to them. However, it may take time for
data to be accessed. Another risk that can occur is some other process or service may be
developed. This will lead to waste in time as well as money.
Financial risk- this risk is entirely related to finance. It may occur that organization may not be
able to afford cost of project. Moreover, stakeholders may not be able it meet financial needs of
project. The NPV may be negative and value of project obtained from it may be low than its

entire cost incurred on it. Besides that, organization may not be able to afford project progress in
middle of its execution.
Technology risk- this risk can occur due to failure of technology or technical error. In that it may
happen that software or hardware requirement is not affordable by company to be installed in
project. Along with it, the technology may not function properly. This may led to ineffective
access of data and information of patients ECG. Furthermore, any technological advancement
may not be suitable for cloud computing. It can not be used for project or organization may not
be afford it to install in it. Another risk that can occur in this is technical error may result in
failure of entire of project. It can be further broken down as explained
Software- in this there are risk related to software used within project. It may occur that Software
used in that may fail. Also, it can happen that advance software is not affordable by organization.
Moreover, in some software due to technical error software may fail. It can result in entire failure
of project. For example, algorithm installed in software may not be supported by it. The machine
learning software may not be compatible with project.
Hardware- this risk can occur due to failure of hardware components in project. It might be
possible that smart phone, computer, etc is not compatible with it. The project may require high
or advance hardware tools. So it will highly impact of cardio health project. The report may not
be able to download on hardware components. Apart from it, organization may not be afford
such hardware. Cardiologist or patient may not be able to use those things.
Network this risk can come in it where there might be network error or failure which may
affect on health project. Moreover, when sharing of data there may occur network fault or error.
It will result in impact on entire project.
People risk- it is a type of risk which is related to human resource. The organization may not
have relevant or highly skilled people who are able to handle and manage and complete project.
Also, it may happen that people are not well trained to understand health project. Thus, due to
lack of HR within organization the project may not be implemented on time.t they might not
possess enough experience to deal in project. Moreover, HR working with project may not
understand customer. There might be ineffective relationship between organization and sponsor.
Hence, it will affect on project activity and its completion.
Process risk there are high chances of occurring this type of risk. Here, project may not be
compatible with present structure or process of organization. There may be entire change in

process which is not according to organisation. Henceforth, it can led to bringing change in more
process or development in other ss well. However, due to change in process the goals and
objectives are not achieved. In addition, this new process may not be fit into organization
operation. Therefore, it will led to structure changes and impact on project.
So, it is analysed that there are various types of risk associated with cardio health project. These
all will highly impact on project completion. Thus, by taking proper measure it will be easy to
mitigate impact of those risk on project. So, it is necessary for project manager to identify those
risks so that effective and proper measures can be taken.
Stakeholders communication analysis
The stakeholder analysis refer to way of how stakeholders will be communicated. Besides that, it
includes way of how they will be interacted, What process is to be followed, what information is

Thus, it is stated that with help of this plan it will be easy for manager to maintain quality of
entire project through out its entire life. There will also help in finding out deviation within
project and making changes in its quality to obtain better and effective outcomes. In this way
project quality will be assured.
CONCLUSION
It is summarised from report that project management require effective monitoring and
controlling. It is important to analyse risk so that its impact and likelihood is determined. Also, in
cardio health project there are various types of risk that can occur such as market, financial,
technology, etc these all can highly impact on project. The stakeholder analysis refer to way of
how stakeholders will be communicated. Here cardiologist, doctor, patient etc are the
stakeholders who will be communicated. Also, cost analysis consists of NPV, variation, etc to
analyse cost incurred in it.
