1. INTRODUCTION
A problem is not the same as a major accident or incident. A problem can be a common event or
an event that affects many people, the cause of which is unclear. The key is the part of the
puzzle, its purpose is unclear. Case usually requires the collaboration of cylindrical IT staff in a

1.1 Brief description of problem and the aim of the IT project
The given company PEH has various problem faces in IT project:
1. Lack of requirement on information system: the prerequisites for data are becoming more and

2. Lack of knowledge of the people (employee) on the system: In addition, the lack of PC
capability was identified as a major test and major problems for the advancement of IS. PC

3. Lack of budget for software and hardware: Assets are identified as one of the interests that
destroy many businesses especially in the first period. As discovered by key witnesses, finance
has become a major obstacle and challenge that society has faced while developing IS. Another
feature identified to test the evolution of IS in PEH are its bases (equipment and programming).
It is essential to acquire some offices of compact products and to switch from old to new or
traditional appliances.

4. Lack of staff to implement the system: PEH has great difficulty when it comes to handling an
application to participate in other preparation with the applicant. This is because all data is
physically stored and needs to be physically retrieved. The data on the student and the courses
attended were not stored in the same way. This at this stage will pave the way for the new
question with the current student.
Aim of the IT project:
The aim of the IT project includes; Paid off-the-rack framework and did a few alterations for
finance. They named it as BOSS Payroll System. Paid off-the-rack framework for money related
chronicles and reports. They named it as OBM System.
1.2 The proposed IT infrastructure
The proposed IT infrastructure for PEH is as follows:

1.3 An importance of the Project Manager role in the project success
Managing a project more often does not require a team of people with skills and abilities that
