INTRODUCTION ï‚·Health refers the usual state of human body and mind which are free from disease and morbidity. ï‚·As smoking is toxic for health, and it causes heart disease, lung disease, and cancer. ï‚·Smoking is extremely addictive drug, and sometimes it caused death. Definition ï‚·Health is a condition of physical and mental surroundings of human, in which illness, sickness, and ill health is not present in the body (Bae, 2020). ï‚·Health refers the general function of body which can get disrupted by any disease. ï‚·A healthy person can deal with physical, mental, and social cause and stress. Effect of smoking on health ï‚·Smoking is the avertible source of disease which is harmful for human body. ï‚·As people got addicted to smoking, so the life expectancy of the smoker get reduced. ï‚·It causes skin disease and put impact on the blood circulation, apart from this it damages the lung and tissues of human. ï‚·It effects the mouth and increases the chance of jaw cancer, however it impacts the hands and feet of the human, they even can't walk properly due to the ill health. ï‚·In many countries, the death rate of smokers is four times more than the people who don't smoke (Leite, 2018). ï‚·Smoking just not affect the health of smoker but it is harmful for the family members friends, and co-workers of smoker and all the people who come around the smoker, even they can face heart diseases such as- heart attack. ï‚·It is seen that mostly the youngsters are addicted to smoking as compared to the other age group of people. ï‚·Smoking affects the social culture as well, the reason behind this, is gender. Gender is the Link between culture and smoking. ï‚·Males are more habitual and addicted to smoking as compare to females.But it is harmful forthose women who smoke, it causes infertility, preterm delivery, and low bone density. They can face complication while giving birth to any child.
ï‚·Even the waste of cigarette and its smoke not just harm the human body but also effect the environment, land, plants and water because it made from various chemicals which harms the environment. ï‚·Smoking increases the environment pollution, because cigarette generates harmful air in the atmosphere (Magee, 2020). ï‚·The factories and plants where cigarettes are made, they release harmful and toxic wastage, contains many chemicals,which harms the land over their apart from this it is dangerous for the animals who came into the contact of such wastage. ï‚·The habit of smoking lead to adolescent in early stage of life, which harm the whole life of smoker. CONCLUSION ï‚·By analysing the entire report it can be concluded that it describes the meaning of health. ï‚·It elaborated that how smoking is injurious and harmful for the life of smoker, not only the smoker but it effects the life of all the people who fall under the contact of smoker. ï‚·This report shows that smoking harms the environment and culture as well.
