To recommend the best ways through which challenges are

every industry, there are ranges of option available which in turn
improve the process and product. Similarly, in retail industry Artificial
intelligence is one of the most transformative evolution which
improve the overall performance. Further, Chege, Wang and Suntu
(2020) argued that personalized customer service is another important
thing which assist to increase customer base.
