Career is the goal of individual which helps him in satisfying their needs and wants. For
aiming the good career every individual has to conduct both primary and secondary research so
that it is easy fro them to analysis their pros and cons. Research can be done by collecting the
several skills and review them that they are coming under their ability to achieve it or not (Acker
and Webber, 2017). This report has discussed about the career research and I chooses Marketing
Manger in the retail sector industry in United Kingdom as my career objective. I have analysed
this position is best for me because the skills which are required in attaining this position is
founded in myself which makes me different from opponents. Retail sector industry means an
industry which plays an major role in filling the gap between wholesalers and customers. These
industry works to provide goods and services to the end of users. These includes grocery stores,
departmental stores, electronics and other companies. They have the wide range of products.
With the enhancement of technology nowadays these industries provide online platform so that
customers can easily reach to organisations. There are many organisation which are doing the
same work. This sector contributes the major role in the growth of the economy.

Several Trends which are impacting on the retail sector industry.
The main question is how the producers provide their goods to ultimate consumers. For
satisfying this question the role of Retailers comes in the picture. Sometimes retails buy finished
goods directly from the producers. Generally, they buy it from the wholesalers. They plays a role
of a middle man in delivering the finished goods to customers (Ali, Brown and Loh, 2017).
Marketing Manager has a wide scope of getting the job opportunities because it is required in
every department. There are several trends which has an impact on this sector of industry in
Tesco which is explained as follows:ï‚· Online store in Offline space: With the changing in the technology many stores are
opening their access on remoteness of area (Ashcroft, Blatti and Jaramillo, 2020). There
are many organisations which deal with the online and offline stores both.ï‚· Social Commerce: Due to this COVID-19 the customers use to hesitate in doing physical
shopping for which they are opened the online platform for providing their services. This
helps in eliminating the contact between individuals.

2017). They must contain the basic knowledge about the social culture so that will he
helpful for them in achieving the demands of their customers this can be done by using
the right tools of online platforms.ï‚· Problem solving skills: the managers must have a positive things towards the problems

this power and that will be helpful in selling the goods and services of the firm.

of marketing manager, it will be easy for me to promote their products and services for

helps in achieving the objective of the company as well as the growth of me. With the convening
